Renée serves as Chief Transformation Officer / Managing Partner, Nonprofit Division. She joined in May 2023 bringing a successful record of leadership and innovation during periods of change and growth in challenging professional services environments. As COO, Bonilla manages the operations of BTQ with a keen focus on client satisfaction and division growth. Her priority as Chief Transformation Officer of Consero is pursuing ways that BTQ can work even more efficiently within the broader Consero organization while identifying synergies that will improve how Consero creates value for its entire client base. Prior to joining Consero, Renée spent over 20 years at Ruffalo Noel Levitz servicing the nonprofit sector. She spent her career leading in several roles including operations, sales, account management, business strategy and optimization, with a focus in recent years on its M&A strategy. She also led a number of client success teams, eventually rising to Chief Client Success Officer and Head of Division & Operations. She holds an MBA from Boston College, a BBA from Abilene Christian University and is based outside New York City. Renée has served on local nonprofit boards and is a member of CHIEF, a network focused on connecting and supporting women executive leaders.
