Jennifer serves as the Managing Director – Assessments, supporting breakthrough solutions for new clients and continual optimization for existing clients as they scale. In May 2018, Jennifer joined Consero Global as a Senior Implementation Manager and was promoted to Senior Program Manager in 2019, then Managing Director of Assessments in 2023. Jennifer oversees Consero’s assessment team, ensuring our clients’ business processes and systems are optimized within the FaaS model for current requirements and postured for their long-term goals.

Jennifer’s background includes over 15 years of diverse financial, business advisory, and operations experience spanning multiple industries. She started her career as a Financial Management specialist in the United States Air Force. Jennifer graduated Cum Laude from Northwestern Oklahoma State and was hired as the Financial Analyst at the Ponca City Development Authority, supporting the community and multiple other local businesses.  She then went on to work as the controller for Oklahoma State University-University Multispectral Laboratories (UML), a $20M government contracting laboratory. As the controller, Jennifer brought a unique combination of technical system knowledge & finance and accounting skills to automate their billing & reporting functions from the ground up. She transitioned into consulting/system implementations with One Vision Solutions, a firm with a 20-year history of helping companies design and implement business systems.

Jennifer earned an MS in Accounting from New England College.
