Erica Sanchez-Cissell joined Consero as Director, Human Resources & Talent Acquisition in 2023. In 2024 she was promoted to Senior Director, Human Resources & Talent Acquisition.

Erica is a dynamic HR leader with nearly two decades of experience driving organizational growth and success within the financial services industry. She has a proven track record of orchestrating strategic HR and talent acquisition initiatives that impact company growth year over year. Erica serves as a strategic partner to senior leadership and is adept at aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive sustained growth and excellence.
