Bruce is an experienced finance professional skilled in guiding startups and middle-market companies across diverse industries. His 30+ years of experience spans accounting/finance, business operations and organizational development leading to successful exits to private equity and public markets. In addition, his experience includes managing debt recapitalizations, public reverse mergers and business integrations.

Prior to Consero, Bruce has served as a CFO for investor owned businesses in healthcare, consumer electronics, private equity, real estate and manufacturing.

Bruce is a CPA and has degrees in accounting and economics from the University of Texas at Austin. An avid cyclist, when not working, Bruce can be found out on the road.
