Miriam Caywood is the Senior Director of VPF Services at Consero Global, where she leads the day-to-day operations of a global team of VPs of Finance delivering outsourced finance leadership to growth stage clients. Miriam is responsible for coaching and enabling VPFs across the full client lifecycle, driving department performance, and partnering cross functionally with Sales, Finance Transformation, and Practice Management to ensure consistent, high quality financial deliverables.
Miriam brings nearly two decades of finance leadership experience spanning FP&A, treasury, strategic planning, and outsourced CFO services. She began her Consero career as a VP of Finance before advancing to Head of Finance and Interim CFO. That breadth of experience across both client delivery and internal finance leadership gives her a distinct perspective on what it takes to build high performing finance teams and deliver real value to clients.
Before joining Consero, Miriam held finance roles at PepsiCo and Rêv Worldwide, where she developed expertise in FP&A, pricing strategy, and global operations finance.
Miriam holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, both from The University of Texas at Austin. Outside of work, Miriam and her husband love cheering on their two young sons on the soccer field and basketball court and enjoys everything Austin has to offer.
