Justin Mix is the Senior Director of Assessments for Consero Global, where he leads upfront scoping and solution-design work for private equity and venture-backed portfolio companies.
Since October 2019, when he joined Consero as Director of Assessments, Justin has partnered directly with CEOs and CFOs to evaluate finance and accounting operations, craft end-to-end transformation plans, present those proposals to investors and management teams, and guide each engagement through contract execution and hand-off to Consero’s implementation group. His effectiveness in that role led to his promotion to Senior Director in April 2023.
Before Consero, Justin served as a Manager in Advisory Services at Spaulding Ridge, steering business-process improvement and technology-implementation projects. There he ran cross-functional discovery sessions, delivered C-suite presentations, and oversaw a multi-work-stream finance transformation that integrated Salesforce data with the Anaplan modeling platform.
Justin began his career at Huron Consulting Group, developing long-range financial models and automated reporting tools for clients across energy, technology, real estate, and higher-education sectors.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and is certified as an Anaplan Model Builder and as an Oracle Hyperion Planning 11 Implementation Specialist.
