Get to know our team

Kellie serves as the VP of Sales for Consero. She joined in September of 2018 as Sales Executive and was promoted to National Sales Manager in 2022 and then VP of Sales in 2023.  Leveraging more than 20 years of BPO sales and marketing leadership experience, she brings valuable insight to Consero’s growth initiatives. Kellie is responsible for growing Consero’s new client sales which includes leading a team of experienced Sales Directors and Sales Engineers. With Kellie’s leadership, the team continues to refine a complex sales process that ensures Consero is bringing value to prospective clients throughout the sales process.

Prior to joining Consero, Kellie held various roles at Fortune 500 companies including National Instruments (NI) as an International Marketing and Media Relations Specialist and at ADP as Vice President of Sales. During her time at NI, she worked closely with the marketing/PR teams in Spain, Italy and France and grew her international experience. While at ADP, she was a top Presidents Club performer and led the Central Texas BPO division. Outside of work, she spends most of her time with her husband and two very active sons. She loves living in Austin and continues to explore all the new things the city continues to offer.
