Libby Smith is Consero’s Senior Vice President, Global Head of Human Resources, leading the company’s global people strategy across North America and India. She partners closely with the Executive Leadership Team to drive organizational growth, strengthen culture, and advance talent development. She oversees all HR functions including recruiting, total rewards, learning and development, and HR operations, while championing diversity and leveraging data-driven insights to scale a high-performance, values-driven organization.
Prior to joining Consero, Libby served as HR Transformation Leader at Edward Jones and as Senior Director at Hilton, where she led large-scale human capital initiatives in complex, global environments. Earlier in her career, she was a Senior Manager in Ernst & Young’s human capital practice, specializing in workforce analytics and planning, cybersecurity workforce strategy, and HR transactions.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA in Organization & Management from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
