Kellie serves as the VP of Sales and Business Development with a focus on the PE and VC space for Consero. She joined in September of 2018. Leveraging her deep  BPO sales and marketing leadership experience, she brings valuable insight to Consero’s growth initiatives.

Kellie is responsible for growing Consero’s new client sales, which includes leading a team of experienced Sales Directors, Sales Engineers and Directors of Private Equity,

With Kellie’s leadership, the team continues to refine a complex sales process that ensures Consero is bringing value to prospective clients throughout the sales cycle as well as bringing value to PE and VC sponsors.

Prior to joining Consero, Kellie held various roles at Fortune 500 companies including National Instruments (NI) as an International Marketing and Media Relations Specialist and at ADP as Vice President of Sales. During her time at NI, she worked closely with the marketing/PR teams in Spain, Italy, and France, expanding her international experience. While at ADP, she was a top Presidents Club performer and led the Central Texas BPO division.
