Consero Global is pleased to announce the appointment of Libby Smith as Senior Vice President & Global Head of Human Resources, where she will lead all aspects of HR organization across North America and India.
Smith joins Consero’s Executive Leadership Team to lead the company’s global people strategy to drive organizational growth, strengthen culture, and advance talent development. She will oversee all HR functions, including recruiting, total rewards, learning and development, and HR operations.

Before joining Consero, Smith served as HR Transformation Leader at Edward Jones and as Senior Director at Hilton, where she led large-scale human capital initiatives in complex, global environments. She also served as Senior Manager in Ernst & Young’s human capital practice, specializing in workforce analytics and planning, cybersecurity workforce strategy, and HR transactions.
