Tony Esposito joined Consero as Director, Private Equity in 2020. In 2024, he was promoted to Managing Director and Head of Business Development.

“My goal is to empower private equity and private equity-backed companies with the financial insights and operational support they need to scale confidently. By aligning strategy with smart financial management, we help our clients make informed decisions that drive long-term growth and value,” says Esposito.

Before joining Consero, Tony held a number of executive positions in the fintech industry. These included serving as Advisor-GTM at Teampay (acquired by Paystand); Director of Business Development at tempCFO, Inc.; Director of Business Development at Indinero; Advisor at Startupbootcamp; Business Development Manager at TierPoint; and Senior Consultant at Shelby & Associates.

Tony earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland.
