Get to know our team

Natalie joined Consero Global in 2012 with a passion to help people and it has only grown since then.

With a background in accounting and sales, Natalie found a home for herself at Consero that combined her financial expertise with her love for helping companies achieve their goals. This made her an ideal fit for VP of Sales. After developing the sales process and building a revenue team, Natalie was appointed as Chief Revenue Officer. As CRO, Natalie oversees all sales and business development efforts along with marketing and customer success.

Just before Consero, Natalie worked as a District Manager at ADP for one of their HR software and services solutions. During her time there, she won various sales awards that included the President’s Club, Top District Manager of the month, and numerous sales trips.

Natalie’s drive continues to be fueled by hearing client stories about how much Consero has helped them. The ones that stick out in her mind are the underdogs who had the deck stacked against them. Seeing clients succeed is what makes her happiest.

Natalie earned her Master’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and is also a licensed CPA in the state of Texas.

She’s also a Steering Committee member of The CFO Leadership Council – Austin Chapter. The CFO Leadership Council is a nationwide community of almost 1,000 members who are dedicated to developing strong leadership and relationships at all professional levels.
