Lisa serves as Head of Client Experience & Business Insights for Consero. She joined in August 2022, with a mission of driving a great service experience for Clients across the breadth of products and service interactions our Clients have with Consero.
Leveraging over 25 years of leadership experience in various Operations, Sales, & Product roles, she brings strong payments experience to Consero. Lisa is responsible for designing and implementing client experience strategies that will help the organization reach new service levels and compete globally.
Prior to joining Consero, Lisa held various roles at First Data/Fiserv for over 20 years. Her most recent role was the Head of Client Success for the Prepaid Solutions Division at Fiserv. She led Client teams focused on Gift Cards and Payroll Products for small to enterprise sized customers globally. She had also held various roles ranging from US Sales Operations & Product Distribution to VP of Client Services for a large number of Financial and Non-Financial Institutions.
Lisa is a member of CHIEF, a network focused on connecting and supporting women executive leaders. She is also an adjunct Business Professor, Six Sigma Black Belt and has served on various Boards.
