Trey Swain joined Consero as a Sr. VP of Finance in 2022 and was promoted to the Software Practice Director later that same year.

Before joining Consero, Trey held a number of executive positions in the fintech industry. He served as the CFO at BrainCheck, the CFO at Concierge Auctions, the CFO/COO at Invodo, the CFO at AIM-TO, the CEO at OneNeck IT Solutions, and the Vice President of Operations at Spok.
Trey has teamed to build two winning venture-backed entities, both culminating with successful exits. His background includes playing a lead role on both sides of over 30 M&A transactions. Trey has led many rounds of fundraising from venture capital, growth equity and commercial banking relationships and also played a key role in developing and implementing corporate strategy, as well as the underlying culture necessary to drive success.
